Our Impact.

Four key goals aligned to our purpose inform our actions. Our goals include:

1. To provide line-of-sight information about Taranaki pathways to rangatahi, the support networks and the school community.

2. To support skills development for the education to employment transition through a range of programmes.

3. To promote a youth ready workplace culture by meaningfully bringing together youth and employers.

4. Provide support to make career changes through Māori and Pasifika Trades Training.

We measure our success against these goals and report them each year in front of members at the Annual General Meeting.
